ABOUT - My Journey & Approach

Like many of my clients, I started my fitness journey as a skinny kid who was intimidated by the gym. Through dedication and proper guidance, I transformed not just my body, but discovered my true passion - helping others achieve their fitness goals.

With nearly 6 years of experience training clients at Singapore's top fitness institutions including Genesis Singapore, Ultimate Performance, and TSquared Lab, I've developed an approach that goes beyond standard personal training. I believe every individual is unique, and there's no one-size-fits-all solution to fitness. My goal is to help you discover what works best for you—whether that's building strength, improving mobility, or boosting confidence.
